NICOLE THE POLE
She choreographed for The Renaissance Tour with Beyoncé. Rihanna made it rain on her in the Pour It Up video. Her pole tricks stopped Ne-Yo dead in his tracks in a scene from the music video for She Knows. She performed on stage with Bruno Mars at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards. Thought Freida Pinto was working that pole in the Bruno Mars Gorilla video? Nope. It was her body double, the aerial phenomenon otherwise known as “Nicole ThePole.”

Nicole Williams aka Nicole “ThePole” has a media heavy resume that reads like an A-list celebrity. There are appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Access Hollywood, The Insider and Ricki Lake. She taught Nick Lachey how to pole dance on VH1, showed the crew from Cosmopolitan magazine her moves, even gave the Grammy winning gospel group Mary Mary pole dance lessons. She has appeared in Diesel’s campaign for i-d Magazine and was the first African American to create a pole dance instructional DVD series.
POUNDCAKE
Poundcake is an award-winning plus size pole dance instructor who teaches classes at Studio216 in Los Angeles, Ca. Her mission is to continue creating a safe and encouraging environment for individuals to explore the world of pole dancing regardless of experience, shape, or size. Poundcake focuses heavily on transitioning curious minds into confident, empowered and sexy pole dancers.
Poundcake has won a total of 4-first place medals in Pole Sport Organization's Pacific Pole and After Dark Championships in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was also a top 10 finalist in the 2019 PSO Amateur of the Year Contest out of 3,700 competitors internationally.
She is also the owner, creator and designer of the Naughty Goddexx pole wear brand, specializing in pole dance wear for curvy folks.
LAUREN MANZANO
Bringing over 2 decades of competition and performance experience, Lauren Lynn Manzano is a PSO L5 Artistic pole competitor (with 11 medals) and a PSO judge since 2016. Drawing from a diverse background of martial arts and belly dance, Lauren has a unique style and ability to connect with a variety of performers and audience. She specializes in stage presence, artistry, and concept development.

Movement Alchemist & Confidence Coach
Jamé is a master Performance Trainer with a wealth of experience, continuing to propel artists to new heights. With over 2 decades of industry expertise, she is deeply passionate about reigniting the artistry of dance and artists aspirations while partnering with creatives to craft the skills necessary to build a professional career in the entertainment industry. Jamé's extensive background in performance, branding and leadership has has made her the ideal partner for a diverse range of industries, including Entertainment, Health, and TV/Film earning her recognition for coaching for Niecy Nash and Botched TV Show.
Jamé has the knowledge and vision to help you level up and discover what makes you unique.
JAMMIN LOVE
Jammin Love has been pole dancing for 7 years now. She specializes in Low Flow Poleography and Tricks, with a dash of acrobatics. She's shared the stage with some amazing artists, competed and took home two medals, and overall has been involved in some amazing projects along the way. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with everyone, and is so excited to be apart of your pole journey.
JUQUARI BASKIN
Juquari started off in our Pole Prep Program (Season 2), and has been winning competitions ever since. He is a 3-Time
"1ST PLACE" Pole Competition Medalist, as well as a dancer, choreographer, and pole instructor at our home.
We're so excited to have him join our Pole Prep Faculty.
